10.2 SKS Changes nerf?!

Maybe im just confused rn, but the 10.2 changes to rend and tide of blood seem to me like a nerf. Rn it expires but sks does the dmg of dw and rend from the whole duration. With the changes it will only tick 100% faster. You lose massive dps and get 10sek faster dot duration

Maybe it’s to end the awkwardness of having to reapply bleeds.
Also with the amount of bleeds we gonna have due to the set bonus would probably make SKS too bursty.
This change it’s gonna make SKS more of a use on cool down DPS buff in a sense but since the set is so focused on bleed pretty much you gonna be spamming it off cooldown.
So it’s a nerf on the burstiness but still seems preety strong DPS wise.

I‘d rather reapply 2 bleeds then get a massive Nerf over faster dot ticking for 10 sec… stupid change so you wont pick sks anymore. Could be so good with new set. Insane, Arms needed these nerfs ofc.

Yeah but it would be 4 different bleeds since it’s DW, Rend, Roar and execute bleed. They would have a hard time balancing this for pvp so that probably why they changed it.
Edit: Just reread the SKS since I don usually use it and was under the impression that it burst all bleeds. So yeah it’s a weird change

It felt good to press, now it will be useless to use the spell nor take the talent.

I was thinking about it and with the new set bonus it’s gonna make execute proc more often. I believe so it will still be overall decent. Just not as bursty. Maybe they are putting it like this just so we don’t always have the follow it with a bleed reapplication.

It needs testing , is good not to re apply rends again , so u can keep hitting and use execute while the tik is going wild idk … could be worth … btw warriors need a complete rework for me .

And we have already to many bottoms to press more than other specs … so idk where to put that in my pvp rotation now XD
