It might shock you but we dont live in fantasy land. Ourbworld have technical limitations. Queues are there for reason. You let play some players or you open up server and nobady will able to play at all becouse you know lags and stuff.

No, queues are not there for a reason. They’ve been able to solve the peaks before (aka the TBC launch) but they decide not to implement those solutions anymore.
Queues are completely unacceptable if they still allow transfers to a certain server.

I dunno if queues are unacceptable but 10k is an outrageous number
The queues will be gone in a few weeks, when the hype dies down.
And in a year this one server might have a fighting chance to still be balanced and active, since it’s the only fresh PvP server. So I’m willing to suffer through the queue for a while 
Do as I do. Wake up extra early so that you can play when the rest of server still sleeps

Sorry but having over 10,000 people in a queue to play who have paid money monthly, is not acceptable on the off chance that the server loses 10k people in the next few weeks.
Its not even prime time with a 10k queue

Everyone send a ticket explaining we are unhappy customers not getting the service we paid for, any reasonable company would have to take customer complaints seriously. There should even be guidelines for. The company I work at is GMP (good manufacturing practices) certificated, every complaint from our customers are going through this big Quality system. Making sure the customer is compensated, communicated to and making sure we prevent the problem from happening again.

This is classic wow! the Server Queue Boss is the worst and meanest boss in the game its forces you to wait until its time! anyone who remmbers Wrath the first time round is saying like me 160mins is easy going! i remmber the 600mins! we Waited! we Played at 2am
