Gonna do as many others and push some alts to max level. Im wondering if there are any set item (crafted or drops) that come with a socket on so i can use “Insightful Rubellite” for that extra 5% xp bonus?
Wonder if you can use Gouged Eye of N’Zoth on an heirloom…

I’ve put a ‘‘Insightful Rubellite’’ in my Garrosh weapon heirlooms (Fully upgraded).
Apperantly there are rings in JWC that requires level 111 that comes with a socket:

Edit: Here are the rings which comes with a socket I could find. Requires 1 in BFA JWC.

I believe the Legion Argus argunite rings have a chance of getting sockets. But it’s rng though. Could take ages to get it. Wouldn’t be worth the time if you don’t have access to the WQ’s on alts.
If you have a character with a bunch of wakening essences, send a few Legiondaries over and gamble for Sephuz/your class’ other ring.
If that doesn’t work, level 111 JC ones have sockets so it’s just one level more.

Nope, works only on “8.3 items” cant tell you what exactly is or is not in this category, but for sure heirlooms arent, also, for those who might wanna do it, items like coral/font etc from EP doesnt work too
