11.2 Warrior Feedback

Fury Warrior: Two 2H weapons, but the fantasy damage just isn’t there

PTR tweaks feel purely cosmetic and miss the core issues.
A spec that uniquely dual-wields two 2H weapons should not lag behind other melee in single-target or sustained cleave. A hard 5-target cap (at least add a soft cap!) and reliance on brief cooldown windows undermine Fury’s identity in Mythic+.

Please address the root causes:

  • the warrior doesnt feel like warrior (fantasy is not there)
  • Raise baseline single-target damage.
  • Loosen / remove cleave caps so Fury’s trademark whirlwind-style AOE scales with the pack.
  • Improve Rage flow and Rampage frequency so the gameplay loop feels rewarding, not starved.
  • And yes—buff SMF (Single-Minded Fury) so one-handers are a real choice again.

Are the warrior developers on vacation mode, or what? Updating set bonuses won’t fix the class—you’re just buying time. Tell us what the actual plan is.
