12 month subscription rewards question

I have active 12 month subscription, renewal is at 19 january 2026. I did not received any new rewards yet. Does my account meet the conditions to get all the mounts?

So that means your subscription would have to renew first for 6 or 12 months before you would become eligible for it.

I know Lunar ones not up yet. I still didn’t get Astral Aurochs, Grandiose Grrloc and Sha-scarred Drake.

Ah you didn’t mention which of the rewards.

For players already on a 12-month recurring subscription, you will receive the Astral Aurochs Skyriding mount, Grandiose Grrloc ground mount and Sha-scarred Drake flying mount as a gift in the Battle.net desktop app at no additional charge—provided that you have a future renewal date at the time the bonuses are delivered, no later than 31 October 2025 (must be redeemed by 30 April 2026).

Check back after 31 October if you haven’t received it in a giftwrap at your BNET client or ingame mount/pet journal please.

No advantage in 12 months. May as will go with 6 month so you have the option to drop out if they keep breaking things.

Sorry to jump in here, maybe you can help me undersand this as I am struggling to understand how this works exactly.

So, I have a 12month Active Sub, it doesn’t expire until 13th August 2026 - I have not received anything yet.

One of my guildies also has a 12month active sub which expires 16th Augusts 2026 (3 days after mine) so we are basically the same on our subs.

Last night, my guildie received the giftwrap but I have received nothing.

Will I get this or have I litreally missed these rewards by a matter of days?

What matters here is whether if you have a future renewal date too with 6/12 months as well.

These gifts will be sent out in waves so there’s nothing odd with someone who is eligible receiving it earlier or later than you.

Ok, hopefully I will receive it by the 31st then as I do have a future renewal date which is 13th August 2026.
