It’s been a year since these achievements became impossible. Do we need to start a go fund me project to help pay for the developers overtime?

We’ve indeed seen several reports of Rumble coins and foils being unobtainable, and this has been reported to the developers.
We unfortunately don’t have more information than that at the moment, but if you know how this bug may have been triggered, please do send a bug report in-game with as much details as possible. 
Bug fixes are often posted in our Hotfixes and Updates blogs, in the News section of the site.
