120 boost - use or save?

Hi!
I bought the shadowlands expantion some time ago, but since i have a lot of characters i have not used the 120 boost yet.
The reason for this post is: Should it be used before pre-patch?

I don’t see why you would use it now, unless you specifically wanted a new character in a hurry.

I’m sure it will convert to a Level 50 boost after BfA, so you will still have it.
