I really would like some cheese right now, but i don’t have any. Whats your favorite kind? I like the kind with cumin seeds in it

I like the cheese which gets the whine out of people the most, thats my favorite cheese.

Real talk Idk ive not ate much cheese but smoked cheddar cheese mhh.

Brie, as runny as you can get it with fresh grapes and a glass of white wine.

I hate any kind of cheese for some reason.

Yup I’m french. No I’m not allergic. And I almost throw up every time I mistakenly eat some and realize it for purely psychological reasons e.e

From soft cheeses, the Mozzarella, Neufchâtel and Coulommiers, tho love a good Brie too!
From the semi-soft cheeses, Fontina Val d’Aosta and the Sottocenare al Tartufo
From the medium-hard cheeses, the Gruyère and the Gouda
From the semi hard cheeses, the Roquefort, Matocq and the Tourrée de L’Aubier
And from the hard cheeses, the Marble Cheddar, Gospel Green and the Dorset Blue Vinney
With maching wines of course :cheese: :wine_glass:

Doré-mi jalepeno infused (haloumi cheese) I like it grilled and skewered with some sauteed fiddleheads ferns.

Trappist cheese. Really. It has the structure of a really soft, fresh cheese but the taste of an aged cheese.
I also really enjoy the kind with cumin, also brie and port salut are nice, and nettle cheese (garlicy flavour but without the stink!)

Castelmagno and honey, what else? :yum:

Gruyere, Zieger or Appenzeller can’t really decide :slight_smile:

Oak smoked Wensleydale with fruitcake.
I’ve just discovered the Wensleydale Creamery sends cheese by post so am awaiting a parcel in the next couple of days :smiley:
