If you are having trouble with making purchases on the store (or that the payments are failing in general), I would recommend trying the following first :
- Clear/delete any current saved payment methods on your account
- Add the payment method you wish to use for payment with (both steps can be done here)
- Re-attempt the payment using the new saved details. Trying with a different browser can also help
