You know that i haven’t played WOW for months now? Because i can’t buy game time with my bank card, i can’t play the game. It is seriously bothering me because i have to pay 24£ to get 20£ for game time. OR i have to buy game time from 3rd party which is little more money to pay. I don’t like that. If u guys can make it happen so that i could buy game time from WOW official site then that would make to stay in-game playing. atm i play BDO which is more grinding and less reward (RNG God Game = BDO).

To be honest, this isn’t Blizzard’s problem.
Firstly gametime is £9.99 a month (less if you pay for 3 or 6 months); secondly why would your bank charge you?
I think you need to find a new bank.

/2nd edit … I’m thinking you’re maybe paying in a different currency and that’s why the charge but, as Dottie said, 20% is ridiculous. I suggest you look around for a card/bank that charges less.
I’d suggest one of the many prepaid credit card schemes there are. It’s like a topup card. You put £20 on the credit card and you can use it to buy £20 of whatever. Just make sure the credit card carries the Mastercard or Visa symbol and you are good to go.
If you are having trouble with making purchases on the store (or that the payments are failing in general), I would recommend trying the following first :
Clear/delete any current saved payment methods on your account
Add the payment method you wish to use for payment with (both steps can be done here)
Re-attempt the payment using the new saved details. Trying with a different browser can also help

Blizzard has only 4 options to make payment and that is Master Card, paypal and through mobile buttttttttttttttt i want to pay from BANKCARD. If i can’t buy game time from Bankcard then how the heck am i supposed to buy the game time from official site? so i went to 3rd party site just so i can play a while from that method but i have to pay extra more money from 3rd party + If there goes something wrong with my account then blizzard will ignore my issue saying it was paid by 3rd party system. I can’t play WOW for that reason atm lol.
Sadly my bank won’t allow me to use PayPal with WoW for some reason, nor can I create subscriptions. Debit card + game time is the only way I can play. As far as I’m aware, if you have a basic bank account (ie: no overdraft or other fancy features), then some of them won’t let you set up recurring subscriptions. I don’t know how this works, but that’s what my bank told me anyway.
As for PayPal not working - I have no idea. It used to work in the past, but now it just fails every time.
I believe what the OP is referring to is paying 24 Pounds for a 20 Pound Blizzard Game Card from an external site. (This is how I am deciphering it.)
There is also the Gyropay option, which takes the money directly from your Bank, providing that you have the sufficient amount of funds for the purchase, you are also able to use this option to buy Blizzard Balance as well.
I’ve already quoted this once but this is the way to go, as with a pay as you go card you can buy gametime from the Blizzard site. I suggest you google prepaid credit card, make sure it has a Mastercard or Visa symbol and investigate. This will solve your problem.
