For the past 3 days when playing on my 26 Hunter I’ve been getting insanely high lag with spells having seconds of delay, enemies teleporting etc while my ping was around 15. Seems like a packet loss on blizzards side to me

Sorry to hear about this. Could you provide to us a WinMTR? That way we can look into this further for you!
I would recommend using a vpn to see if it fixes your problem maybe there is routing issue from your side or blizzard is blocking your router isp

The main things im seeing is the 23% packetloss and the no response hosts. Heres the third ip address too that was full with no responses

I should add this issue only occurs on one character. All my other characters on the same server work fine
