Not that 1% matters all that much, just found it funny Blizz didnt update such a simple thing for wow’s celebration.

A glitch in the matrix. This proves that 2020 is nothing more than an awful simulation.

Mine says 16% 
Mine too. Haven’t tried it on a low lvl character, but maybe it says 16 and only gives 15 
Tooltip says 16% yeah, but reputation is increased by 15%, i guess some employee got tired half way and didnt finish changing rest to 16.
