I have tried a lot of solutions such as VPN, dns flush, restart modem etc I don’t know… waiting on a ticket response but if anyone could chime in that would be great, thanks

edit: i tried a ‘gaming’ vpn called WTfast (free trial) and it actually works, world ping same as home ping, what does this mean for my actual problem?

Does it happen at a specific time only or all the time? If it’s at a specific time, then it’s likely that your ISP routes being congested at peak times

And seeing that the VPN solved the problem, it’s likely the culprit.

Not much you can do to fix that unfortunately besides playing at different times or buying wtfast for the time being untill the pandemic is over and the internet services aren’t so congested.

It’s good to hear that you managed to work around the issue by using a VPN. Based on your tracert, your ISP may have been having issues at the time as the node immediately following your modem is reaching 1k MS. This is persistent through out the remainder of the test

If you are still seeing issues you should definitely reach out to them to let them know. They will be more than well equipped to help here.
