How hard is this to get? I’m looking into best essences and a decent one is “conflict and strife” which is equites through rated PVP 1k min or something…
Is this hard to get? I don’t PvP and don’t like doing it but will try at least if it means getting a good essence.

It should be really easy, like solo level of easy.
You cannot lose rating at that level, so it doesn’t matter how many times you lose arenas.
You can’t loose rating under 1K5 so you will be fine.
The most important is too find someone chilling in that case, not someone who want to push if you only do that for essence.
It’s maybe 17 arena win to be 1K2 nowday ( around) so that does not take much time ( arena estimation 2mn-7mn) .
If you got friend with you that the best thing to do together and getting fun in arena while you farm conflict and strife since you need to do it like iris in M+ essence ( 1st week 500 conquest, 2nd week 500 conquest at 1k rating, 3 rd week more you will be hight in ranked , more object you gonna get to reunite for rank 3 (like M+ chest essence rank 3).
Remember : Get fun in arena, don’t take that much seriusly, it may be overhelming at the start since it change a lot from PvE, but we have all started here

If you mate in LFG start whining, ignore him and take someone else to get fun with. Don’t worry to make friend throught PvP , and then the “work” gonna be way more easier to do for the essence

Well, thanks all and thanks destrarïon, this has given me much needed confidence to do this.
Me and my good half are going to go into a few tomorrow and try it out, hopefully I’m not single by the days end 
It is pretty hard, it requires at least 4 fingers to reach that point.
