the world has gay people - inevitably someone is going to end up in a same sex couple.
I always thought Shaw was that way inclined because of his soft voice and the fact he says to me âI though I saw you glance in my directionâ ; )

this ^^
âŚHow do you know?
No, really. You seem to be very certain about it. How do you know? Are you secretly one of the Blizzard devs? Are you secretly Madeleine Roux? Do you have Ion on speed-dial and consult the behind-the-scenes decisions with him?
What makes you so absolutely certain that this cannot actually be the story they want to tell? Why do you automatically assume this is imposed on them by⌠oh wait⌠some malevolent Elgeebeetee Agenduh
âFan-Requested Pairing Made Reality in Shadows Risingâ
its the title of the articleâŚ
Maybe I have reading problems, but all I see here is information that a pretty popular ship had been made canon. Nowhere does it state that Blizzard was somehow forced to do anything, as the poster above implies. Not does it provide any proof that this was a story Blizzard didnât want to tell.
Sooo⌠Yeah.
I hope the decision wasnât purely based on fan request but honestly as long as its done well I wouldnât be too mad either way. Good story telling is good story telling, whether its partially inspired by fanâs ideas or not.
it obviously wasnât forced by fan requests because wouldnât the far more requested anduin/wrathion have come to fruition instead?
I feel as though those objecting to this simply donât want to see same sex relationships represented.
well sorry guys but gay people exist in real life and have been murdered or repressed throughout the ages up til this point - let them have their representation, its only fair by now
Folks can pretend to act surprised by this ship, but it has been long established that rogues do it from behind!
Some comments are pretty awful but you canât really find fault with people who find this an unexpected development.
This news was as surprising to me as Sylvanas being named Warchief by Volâjin.
Both seem well written fun characters and to some this has just come out of the blue. I think if they had this in mind from the start it could have hinted at it more in BfA. It could just be that I main Horde and I have missed stuff.
However at the end of the day it doesnât really matter. I will continue to hope for a Wrathion Anduin encounter.
I agree it did come from nowhere but we also havenât read the book yet which could easily explain it. Lots of plot points in shows and movies would sound very strange if you took them out of context. Sorta like telling people Dany would burn down kings landing just as she had won the war⌠okay bad example, that never really got explained⌠but you know what I mean XD
We do not talk about the last season of GoT. It has to be purged from existence!!!
tbh pre bfa book was so dumb that i will never read any of blizzard books, things appearing out of nowhere isnt anything newâŚ
Damn, i wish that making some1 gay made the story better. Too bad that it doesnt.
Writers are bad they need to get fired.
that would make sense and fit in properly. the hell is shaw and flinn? like hellooooo. whatâs next sylvanas and genn?
disappointing how awful blizzard writting has gotten
Seeing the past years of Blizzard quality in writing it is as bad as me⌠I knew I should have applied to some low quality writing team of my own level.
Another desperate attempt on virtue signalling in hopes it brings them revenue. Not surprised any more. But getting tiresome.
Can you explain why having a few characters in the game that are not heterosexual is virtue signalling and not just being inclusive?
Anyone have an idea when Buka is returning xD
Pfff thought this was about Anduin and Wrathion
There is no telling when Bukaâs show up. They come and go as they see fit often choosing to spend time in their hidden lair.
Well the book is awful. So I guess it does not matter.
