Only just noticed that…
Did a quick search in the dk discord channel, couldn’t spot anyone commenting on it, unless it’s really far back in the channel.
Unsure if it’s a bug or simply a text that hasn’t been updated properly (so the talent would be 60% and 120% AP etc)
Most annoying part is that it’s a pretty lame talent, that all the recommended builds have for pathing reasons… Hopefully they’ll look into at some point…
After they fix the Defile animation! 
Tooltip bug, it lowers the cd to 2 minutes
