i wanted to change my off hand tmog on skull of manari but then second bigger skull also apear, it is in stupid looking position
can you fix it? pls

Seems to be a bug that when you transmog it, it actually applies two transmogs. Both the artifact MH and OH gets applied at once instead of the one you choose. Both of which are a skull and why you get two.
May be worth sending a bug report in-game.
