Someone tell me that lock can cast 2 soulstone before cd. Is that true and how?
You shouldn’t believe anything that people just say. As far as I am aware you can cast only one soulstone.
You can do it for battle res (and more than 2 times), if you have the changes available.
I dont know what means before CD, but you wont believe - sometimes I have even 5 charges
Soulstone has 10min CD and lasts 15min. Prolly that’s what they mean.
Its a large CD but its duration is 5 mins longer, so you cant cast 2 soul stones however
If lock has made SS 10 mins ago and had 5min left on it,he could in theory rez up and SS again as its 10 min cd is gone
Lessons of life, read how much longer his SS has on duration next time, if its below 5 mins he will have CD back up
That’s because in raid and M+ different rules apply
I think that what happens is that the soulstone sometimes has two charges for ‘idiot proofing’, those situations where you’ve cast your soulstone on someone to battle res or pre-emptively prepare them to be ressed upon death and they just don’t bother to accept the resurrection.
This is because I’ve noticed that I can soulstone two people, the effect being cancelled on one person when you cast it on another or yourself, but if you or someone else accepts the pending resurrection when dead, the charges vanish and the cooldown starts.
So yeah, I think as it’s a cast time combat res and it’s a special utility of the warlock, it’s just a way of making sure that people not accepting the res doesn’t mean you’ve wasted your soulstone on them.
