We understand what you mean, but almost all duties at Blizzard games are handled by the front liners “Game Masters”, there’s also “Specialised GM’s” who handle different things, like ban investigations (re-appeals), etc etc. It’s seldom escalated and only when it’s required for the task at hand and even then it’s not expedited.
It is really crap that the waiting time is long though, but it coincides with several game launches and patches. There’s nothing you can do but lean back and relax, the queue’s not getting shorter.
