Just give healers 100-200 gold per game and many players will start playing them.
and we dps players get low ehalers on 2,4 mmr where u know u go 3-3 in any case no thanks

Main healer problems:

You can play 3 hours doing well, wining humbly 4:2 games for +15 ratting, than baaaaaam just one black swan lose 0:6 and all those points gone in 15mins. How is possible that 5 wins versus multiple people and teams worth less than one black swan lose versus same team which coud be unluck, hard-counter, or something just name it.

As healers you get punished if your mate dies with all defensives aviable and unused
Fix those two, make system to punish healers less, and 10min que is guaranteed, healers will swarm to play.
Dampening is boring; they need to change it to something else. Or just change the whole format.
do the game more accesible is almost imposible get gladiator if you don´t play meta and have 20 years experience, rework rank system, add some rewards and mount for blitz to, remove cap conquest and blood marks and do a decent class balance
Yes, remove the conquest cap and make it like 50 conquest per win so we can spam queue and gear all season. Timegating is boring.

Arena is already a really stressing gamemode for healers, imagine what happens in SS.

jsut change the game to make dps heal based on the damage they do.
30+ minute queues at low rating already, this season is not going to be fun.
