Hello guys I saw today on one character +200 speed enchant for bracers but I cant find it. I can make +125 and that quality 3. Anyone know name of that +200 enchant?
I posted this in Profession thread but Im not sure if anyone even watching that

Iirc you learn it from your spec tree
Look under unlearned in your prof window
I have that also but it says Permanently enchants bracers to increase your Speed by 150 and I need 200
200 is rank 3
