[2024/01/03] Game is lagging horribly

Why would they care and bother informing us? Do they get your money? Yes? Case closed. If you thought that missing Kottick would change anything, you were daaaamn wrong.

It’s getting worse each update or maintenance, Blizzard became a moneymaking machine instead of gaming company. Everything is automated, bug’s are rarely fixed, connection issues all over the place while alle players keep paying their monthly fee for a game u still need to buy in the first place. They should be ashamed.

Is this a premonition of the year to come?

Was looking forward to checking out my vault and down some Emerald Dream rares hoping for a dudu skin (the drop rate really sucks while we’re at it).

Sad we can’t get a bit more detailed response about fixing progress and ETA, this would make waiting so much easier

  • our testers can’t reproduce the error, all is perfect fine and smooth here! So they decided not to care and are back to playing now
  • we have same issue here, but our tech guys have no idea why it could be happening
  • we identified the error and know how to fix it, it just requires rewriting the whole of server code. Do not worry, guys, its two months, three tops

  • our programmers have finished the fix and we are thoroughly testing it now
  • we have done with the fix, pushing to live in 3

Part of the frustration you’ll see typed out here, is that we came online to slay monsters

then we got blue balled
So all that energy we’d normally spend to vent in slaying gets directed to the next annoying thing

Buahaha, good luck having refund from Blizzard :smiley:
They used to have like overal of 48h+ connections issues through a month and they never gave us any refund, even additional day of game time, any “WE ARE SORRY”, anything. You paid for 30 days, you played 28 because of their wooden servers and got NOTHING in return. As I said, do they get your money? If yes - case closed.

Lmao this morning is just horrible, first i open my vault in wrong spec, than i find out my friend cant mail me item because it says my account is trial when its not, and than bam i cant even play game anymore ffs, what is this

This is false, they would always say that they’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.

we have had this exact same problem so many times the last year. Im online now on a character that has been on for a few hours but any character i try to log into on my second account doesnt work so if you log out you are done

Copy and paste apologize template is not an apologize, and definitely not the same value as paying for 30 days and playing 28 or less.
