I placed a crafting order this morning before the server outages. I realised now that I lost a dreaming spark and have no way to get it back. The order page is empty and I cannot cancel anything to get it back.
All you can do is open a ticket but don’t get your hopes up.
Same goes for workorders, I can’t see the workorder on the character that made it, nor decline it on my character that I send it too, but the materials are nowhere to be found since I can’t decline the order yet nothing shows up when I click the actual order on the character that recieved it.
I too posted a crafting order for enchanted aspect’s crest during that time. My reagents are gone, my gold is gone, I don’t see my order and cannot cancel it, crafters cannot interact with it. Sadge

Ah kinda happy this isn’t just me.
Just to reiterate from the other thread. We’ll be looking into this, however there is a chance that these resolve themselves soon.

I can’t even craft any items through work orders. Other than the name of the one who sent the order, how much the monetary stuff is and the note field, the page is just blank when I try to craft anything.
With normal UI:
Those are from people who put orders on during the issues.
We just have to wait until the issue is resolved, for now those orders are just stuck in limbo.
My guildie’s order that has been stuck has now vanished from the UI so it may have been resolved.
Same thing happened to me, put out a CO right before the server problems started. Following the thread.

486 recraft of Titanic Ring of Insight
I have lost not crafting orders, but auctions, on two different characters. Both characters’ auctions were expiring yesterday around the time the game had issues.
Now, a day later, all of these auctions are not in the auction house anymore and not in my mail. There was some expensive stuff among these auctions, I’m really getting worried.

My problem seems to have been solved. The item was returned in the mail today.
Still nothing resolved for me. Checked bank, inventory and mailbox. In-game tickets dont help me either as they just ask me to wait for forum feedback.

Just checked, but still no 486 Signet of Titanic Insight in my mailbox, inventory, bank or work orders. Checked with the person that crafted it for me, but also nothing visible.
Any chance the item can get manually restored?

have that problem too since last wednesday. GMs ask me to wait but now it is one week and my crafting mats for the 486 signet of titanic insight are furthermore gone.
i don’t think we have a chance to get the things back. 
The GM’s only have been referencing back the this forum and no actions taken. Which is bad.
Because it consumes gated materials (spark + crests), it would suck really bad if we dont get it back. Slows gear progression.
