2080TI - Microstutter 5 secs - "GPU-1 Copy" 0% GPU Usage *Solved*

Everything was working fine, yesterday after Wednesdays’ patch the game is running now on “GPU-1 Copy” in task manager, i heard that this can be a bug but whilst in game, i can run on Ultra at 120 fps while the task manager says Wow is using 0% GPU…

Things I have tried:
• Setting in-game options to the Graphics card - messing from setting 1 to 10.
• Changed between the Direct X versions
• Rolled back Nvidia drivers to last one
• Changed Nvidia Control Panel for Wow to only use 2080ti
• On/off Gsync settings
• On/Off Vsync settings (ingame + Nvidia)

I can hear every couple of seconds when it stutters the gfx card takes a pause. Every other game i have tested all are using the “GPU-1 3D” in Task Manager.

If i reload ingame - it is ok for about 15 mins and then the stutter creeps back in again

i9-9900k 3.6GHz
16GB Ram
2080TI RTX
Windows 10

Edit - Solved. Seems it was Details Addon, i have actually had this issue in the past and thought it was sorted but back to Skada me thinks

Taskmanager does not work properly for showing GPU-usage.
Use GPU-Z instead or MSI Afterburner ovelay.

Could be an outdated addon causing trouble.

Yeah… try disabling addons and see if it still stutters.

Hey, this problem is very familiar, tomorrow morning i will check it. I have the same issue, usage dropping and if i remember correct, gpu 0 copy is the problem in my task manager. Tomorrow i will check it
