[21/2] Game Crashing even Battlenet losing connection (when connecting from the UK)

So my battlenet is all the time losing connection and even when I manually log in to the game it kicks me after 30s… ask a friend of mine to log on my account just now to check if he gets kicked aswell… any idea what could it be?

Forget to mention I play in Living Flame SOD EU

Had the same issue, turned on VPN solved the issue.

Can i ask if you are by chance from the UK and what net provider you are using? A buddy of mine seems to be having very similar issues currently

Indeed I am , and Im using Vodafone…
Btw I turn on the vpn and it was working wonderfull… I unistall all the addons and did a bunch of thing… all that time wasted

Same issue, same provider… Anyone know of a root cause as i dont have a VPN so i cant just do what these other guys have?

Same issue and I’m on Vodaphone too. We all need to call them to let them know. When I worked in IT we used to have a similar issue with some providers stopping our VPN service from working, it was something the ISP had to resolve, we couldn’t fix it as a company as it was an issue on the specific ISP’s end with them blocking something to do with our service.

I just use my Windscribe VPN to check if the VPN did fix this problem, and it did. Gotta go to work now, so will check back this evening.

Call Vodafone, I’ve just done so and was told it isn’t a known issue yet (More calls folks!)

Just another one chipping in Vodafone UK, same issues and VPN resolves them. Will call Vodafone after work later if still happening.

Same issue since last night. I spent hours trying to figure out what it was - but again I’m with Vodafone so that must be the cause.

VFUK as well. Was unable to play the game last night as I was constantly lagging out and then DC’ing.

As of this morning, I get DC’d a few seconds after logging out.

Having the same issue since last night. Game is unplayable. Can barely even log into bnet never mind get into the game and if I do manage to get in, can’t move anyway. Can’t even access my weekly vault and my night was ruined and also cut short last night. Spoke to Vodafone chat technician last night, but before he could get to the bottom of things their shift was over (10pm UK) so I guess I’ll be engaging my VPN and calling them this morning.

Same issue here, Vodafone UK - I do manage to get in for a few seconds, then i get disconnected.
