2/3rds of Silvermoon will be Neutral

So, Maria Hamilton confirmed that about 2/3rds of Silvermoon will be shared, and 1/3rd will be Horde Only.

So when can we expect 2/3rds of Stormwind to become open to Horde?

Once Blizzard finally put the WAR back into WARcraft. Once Thrall is murdered, and it’s blamed on the Alliance, and we burn their city to the ground!!

But personally, meh!

When did she say that? Last thing I saw was a small amount was neutral and most of it Alliance would be “kill on sight, as you’d expect”

Sadly don’t have the forum rank to share links

What the actual? Alliance scum should be KoS in 100% of Silvermoon

Sadly, we’re now playing World of Alliance… Blizzard knew their Void Elf community would whine that they wouldn’t be allowed to RP in Silvermoon. Instead, Horde now have to share the first proper RP location we’ve ever had.

Time to stack up on Rotten Fruit to throw at any Alliance in the city.

In an expansion set in a revamped Southern EK.

At which point you’ll still QQ that the main characters are humans.

The Main Characters are already Alliance Characters. I bet you that Liandrin and Lor’themar will have less screen time than Alleria, Turalyon and Arator, who will be the Main Characters of Midnight.

Doesn’t change what I said which is a fact. :man_shrugging:

Stormwind will be your expansion hub in an expansion that revamps Southern EKs, also known as “Azeroth” once upon a time.

The main characters of that expansion will be humans so you’ll still complain about something even if we gave you 75% of Stormwind for use.

Void elf here.
Id rather they had built up telogrus rift into a void elf city for the alliance hub.
A void thalassian elf city would have been the perfect counterpart to the light thalassian elf city.

Naah, I don’t mind Humans or any alliance races being the Main Characters… My problem is that they’re the main characters the majority of the time. They never lose their heroes, except that one NPC king who literally only existed in WoW’s Story. Yet we’ve lost Heroes going as far back as Warcraft 2.

It’s a sad fact that modern Blizzard simply can’t write a proper story for Horde, and are force to use boring low fantasy races like Humans and Elves to write boring generic stories.

And now they’re even going as far as to alienating one race, taking away our Capitals. If that’s not saying Horde doesn’t matter anymore, I don’t really know what is. Night Elves even got a fancy RP hub at the end of Dragonflight, yet Forsaken still living as Refugees in the Ruins of Lordaeron.

Come on, man. This is just sad.

Varian Wrynn. His name was Varian Wrynn. And he’s pretty much one of the most iconic Warcraft heroes.

I had literally never heard of him, before I saw him in the Pandaria Raid Cinematic, where I was like “Who the hell is that Pretty boy? What’s with those big filler lips?” It wasn’t till after that I noticed he was the clown yelling back at Garrosh in Argent Tournament.

And then he died in Legion… So… Iconic how?

He only ever existed as an NPC in WoW and was mentioned in the novels (i found out after checking the wiki) so unless you played Alliance and actually followed along the story, you’d have no idea who he was. However, everyone knows who Thrall is, everyone knows who Sylvanas is, everyone knows who Jaina is… That’s Iconic.

Most Horde only know Varian as the guy who got Disenchanted by Gul’dan.

I’m not even going to entertain this nonsense.

Well at least there’s some parts exclusive to the Horde. Why did she say “majority” the first time though. Lame.

Spare me brother, I will join you in throwing fruit at void elves.

Yeah, gonna feel so great to have a little Token-area in a city that used to belong to us. Feels like we’re being spit in the face honestly. Worst thing is the city is probably even going to be turned into a Sanctuary, so we can’t even slaughter the Alliance in 2/3rds of the city.

Hah! I knew they will cave in, they always do.

Not that I care, I don’t really. They shot themselves in the foot with this one.

They literally summoned an army of space goats at the Sunwell. Preventing the Alliance players from roaming around was rather inconsistent

Well, rejoice friends! Arm yourselves with eggs, rude emotes and whatever weapons you can throw at your friendly enemies.

No RP will go undisturbed! Not because we’re actively ruining their RP, we’re just going to be RPing as angry protesters! Finally a reason to don the Doomsayer Robes again

Edit: Even better… Have the Mages of Silvermoon cast a City-wide Arcane Understanding on everyone. So while in Silvermoon, we can talk with each other. That way at least Horde and Alliance RPers could mingle without needing Elixirs. And it will save blizzard from the inevitible posts asking for bigger Ignore Lists, because RPers are being interrupted by RPers doing RP in their Faction language nearby.
