My renown with new raid stucked at 2499/2500 eventho I killed enough to get I can’t increase it. The cap is 4 currently but I am stucked at level 3. Is there a fix for that ?

I’m currently stuck at 2499/2500 since two weeks in a row aswell for Manaforge Renown…
I gave up on Gallagio for same reasons after a few weeks.
I read that submit ticket is pointless for that, so use “Submit a Bug” feature. Yet nothing change. It’s just sad.
