One design angle is very lazy minimal effort, other takes courage and time

This will improve the healer section and dps section. For dps the normal que time would be 4-5 min max, for healers, need something else in mmr system, to earn higher ratings, to improve and minimize the gap in 1800-2k stuck healer numbers. They have to go up in mmr to the dps above 2,1k doesnt need to wait 1 hour.
Im maining a healer but I switched to WW and Affli cause its much more rewarding, and can improve.
Best situations for healers:
dps: 4-4-4
healers: 3-3
one starter guy: 0.
No point for healers
An awesome player in lobby: 6
Healers: 3-3
Everyone else: 2-2-2
50-50%:
2 good dps: 4-4
Healers: 3-3
2 âbadâ dps: 2-2
I bet, these are the most cenarios in lobbies.
Very rare:
healer 6
dps: 3-3-3-3
Healer2: 0
This is why, increase winning rate with dps is much more easier and can be developing, cause the most cases, the healers are equal. And thats the reason why healing is not rewarding just wasting the time.

Kinda sucks tbh. I really like shuffle but with queue times often longer then 25 min at 2.2k it starts to feel like a waste of time
Lol 25min is average que, the que times on mid range (1.9k-2.1k) vary between 15-30min. I play around 2k-2.2k mmr in shuffle and my longest ques have been over 50min, one friend waited 1.4h per que for sp last season and he said he can only play 2 games per day if even that because of that. Solo Shuffle hype!
Didnt check the actual average. Just know its longer then. 25 min onbmy 2.2k cr characters. Longest I have seen was 56 minutes.
Basically SS is dead unless you heal.
Which I have done allot of but isnt my preferred way.

Around same for me 58min longest, usually its 30min que to play a 2kmmr game as warlock in retribution, warrior, dh, 2x lifer challenger heals lobby, the matchmaking doesnt make much sense either. Warlock is not popular so que should be shorter, healers who have 1.6 peak exp or 1.4 current rating with 30% win should not be ours in 2kmmr but some reason the game still puts them there, I guess cause there is no other healers
So they have known whatâs the problem and whatâs could be a good solution
Unlucky if the team that wants too improve the experience and rewards for healer get lay off or quit
Was this before they put the box that gives healers 50 conq that is of no use later in season? I would prefer if they just fixed the healer mmr in shuffles or removed the 6 round design or the mode entirely
I agree. Removing the 6 rounds in favor of normal 1 round would improve queue time and spirit!

They did incentivize by buffing priests, the most popular healer.
Taking in consideration before u waste 30 min 1h to find a team where u risk after 1 or 2 games one of your teammate leave and curse you i think its a damnnnnn improved thing atleast you wait 25min and you know u just play those 6arena games without spending time in lfg looking for groups
Even though that is also true to a degree, the ques are also longer than just 25min and it dont take in account that SS is bad for healers so they now have no good option to play the game at all as SS is bad and arena is deflated so shuffles only benefits dps without mates. So healers only option to play pvp is blitz? And for blitz they can just be dps when the que time are same for both. The incentive to play healer is missing as we can conclude.
My arena ques were instant as healer since shadowlands cause I filled my bnet with like 80 ppl through 2-3 seasons and just played with them, if you play lfg its just about playing whats in demand really, and hopefully can leave it eventually once you have enough ppl to play with.
If we keep this direction on making pvp mainly about soloqs, then they need to incentive heals more. Same problem is in most games with support/healer roles in soloq. By sense if you play role thats in demand that can be selective then you rather are selective, now they play with every bob and pepega in ladder? Nah, they rather play dps then.
Itâs kind of empty, hard too find groups near your cr
Also the tool is so outdated, if you could sort groups better would be a first step
For me. A kind of soloq System with real 3s would be cool, where set a range of CR, list of specc you would play with, min gear level
