2nd Account Wrongfully Closed for RMT

Good evening,

I’m writing to appeal the recent closure of my secondary World of Warcraft account, StylesetterS, which I understand was flagged for the “unauthorized exchange of in-game property for real-world currency.” I respectfully believe this action was taken in error and would like to provide context for your review.

The account in question has only interacted with my main account, both of which are under my name. I created StylesetterS as a support account on the same WoW Classic anniversairy server, to function as a summoning alt and for leather crafting purposes. As a result, there were frequent in-game trades between the two accounts, but none involving third-party players or gold sellers.

The likely source of confusion may be a trade involving a Skullflame Shield and the Transmute: Undeath to Water recipe. The shield was looted from a lieutenant’s corpse in Alterac Valley, and the recipe was purchased through the auction house using gold I earned from crafting. The recipe was supposed to be for the lvl 35 alt on the 2nd account to do daily cooldown transmutes and the shield was supposed to be for sale while I focus on other activities on my main account.

Please review the logs and transaction history. I’m confident you’ll find that there were no unauthorized transactions or involvement with third parties. I genuinely enjoy playing within the rules of the game and would greatly appreciate a reevaluation of this account action.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Appeals are made in-game via a ticket, not on the forums.

Forum rules prohibit the discussion of bans, in any form, I am afraid.
