Yes pretty strong indeed, unless you realise that the Hunt conduit in 9.1 will no longer increase instant damage (now will increase dot damage which is weaker and can be dispelled/countered by defensives) AND they are nerfing unbound chaos from 600% to 500% so the combo wont be as effective as it seems rn.

I am looking forward to this however Collective Anguish leggo gives you better survivability and i can’t imagine playing arena without it
