You could never do this in ICC since the heroic toggle is per boss.
It only matters for ToC.

Here’s an idea for ya, OP.
Log out for a bit and enjoy the other millions of fantastic things that life has to offer. Let us responsible adults have a chance at playing the game that exists only because there are enough classic dads like us around and demanding it.

It matters for ICC too if you kill the first boss on HC and wanna finish the others in normal mode or whatever pick & choose option you pick, that will no longer be possible. It’s a needless change, they made it so we wouldn’t feel like we have to raid too much, but TOC takes half an hour, do it 4 times that’s only 2 hours. Now they cuck the not so great players in ICC so we wouldn’t have to raid for 2 hours in TOC.
No more normal ICC runs with a heroic switch for gunship & marrowgar, 1 difficulty only. Unless they have stated otherwise, but so far that is my knowledge of the change.
No it doesn’t, it’s a per boss toggle.
You can do boss #1 heroic, boss #2 normal, boss #3 heroic and so on and so forth all in the same instance.

Then you are doing both normal & heroic. Have they clarified that? Because with their wording, that’s what it makes it sound like. And never be surprised with blizzard.
one of the best changes they made to classic is removing the ability to run both hc and normal of each raid size.
i would only be ok with 3 day resets on early ‘side’ raids like EoE, ToC, and OS.
No, you do everything inside the same instance.
There’s only 1 25 man lockout in ICC, you can just do whatever boss on heroic you chose to.
The change literally only applies to TOC.

i cant believe it but im actually agreeing with you … 
but yes, there are already topics whining that some “all reserved/GDKP” gems of a players “dont have anything more to do” two weeks after raids opened …
shortening the lockouts would be BAD
you can also find a job? then you will have less time for raiding.
Has OP considered getting somw fresh air ?

Yes pls lower the reset for ppl who dont understand that their zugzug isnt everything. Go touch grass my dude dont waste 24/7 ingame
