3 days account hacked and blizzard doesnt care replying

Dear all,

I am being absolutly staggered by the lack of care from blizzard support.
I had to borrow my friends account to create this topic because 3 days ago my account was hacked, ticket was opened and they dont seem to care.
I really thought that accounts hacking would be taken seriously but apprently its a small concern to Blizzard.
I can see the hackers playing and freely using my account from friends accounts.

I am writting this not only to complaint but as well to ask the community what can i do ?

Not borrow your friend’s account and just wait for your ticket to be picked up.

Nothing more you can do, apart from some obvious steps like figuring out how they hacked you and take measures to prevent it from happening again.

Try changing the password for your battlenet account

Maybe if you were more careful about the security of the machines you used to play WoW on, you’d be less likely to fall foul of malware… try scanning your PC with something like Spybot - Search & Destroy. Download it on your friends’ machine, to a USB key & install it with NO connection to the Internet.

How do you know nothing else you do with your PC has been compromised, as well…?

I checked everything and it wasnt a mallware, it was a stupid fake blizzard email, like fishing website that got my details… i mean at least i know how it happened. but im suprised of how long it takes blizzard to reply. Anyways thanks for taking time to reply to me

So it was YOUR fault with something know for TWO decades now, but Blizzard is at fault for not rightining YOUR mistake in 1 day?

No fault but your own for giving your account details out without checking WHO you were giving them to…
