Was added to the ptr but no to live, idk what they are doing to be honest. just hotfix it to the game man.

How in lawds name did you figure this out? <.<
After release of class tuning at the last reset (7 may), which did not include the announced Feral Druid buff, hotfixes have already been released that also did not include the missing Feral changes. We would like to know more about situation with the missing buff.
