My video card : Intel ® HD Grafic 2000 , Direct X vers 11 , on Intel Core I5 2400 CPU 3.100 Ghz , 8G RAM , on Win 10 .
Shader Model 4.1 - support for your GPU have been removed… but they are looking to a way to allow to play with such GPUs on a special mode.

So I must wait a whi;le? or maybe buy a better video card ? hope is not to expensive
Same here… I am moving around alot for work so I have WoW setup on my laptop to do simple things such as crafting, a bit of auctioning. The laptop is very old and it probably doesn’t even have a dedicated graphics card, but the game was running fine for what I used it for. Why take it away?
Also where is the Blizzard support on these forums? I see very few posts being addressed.

I try using the game ( starting ) without launcher , but isn’t possible. Allways the Launcher start before. So I cant play still . I have 25 days of game remain and cant play. So bad luck on me :)))
CPU is not the limiting factor but the integrated GPU you are using. Depending on rest of your computer configuration (motherboard and PSU for most part) you can upgrade GPU fairly easily. Eg. NVidia GTX 1650 cards are around 150 euros and would increase your GPU performance by a huge margin.
They do need extra power cable so if your computer is some ancient Dell/HP/etc it is unlikely the PSU has such cable available. It is also possible the motherboard used does not have slot for the card so check ahead before buying.

Hello. I followed your advise and buy the Nvidia 1650 GTX . But its not working. I put the video card in his slot , start de computer and first time appear the boot from Lenovo and nothing happen. After a new restart no image on my monitor. I read on the video card guide that need no install and no power supply . So it should work. Now what can I do? I spent a lot of money on it and not working. Why ? Have u any ideea ?
I also have Windows 10 1809 version . It can be the problem from Windows ? Or need to do a previos intalation , maybe need a drive install before conect the video card ?
If it has no PCIe power connectors then it doesn’t require any extra power but if it has such connector (some models may have it) then you have to connect it.
Also if you are always getting the boot logo but nothing after that then it’s drivers related - you need latest Nvidia drivers. Windows should boot in “fallback” mode and allow you to install it.
If there is no image on screen and you have integrated graphics on the CPU - connect the monitor cable to motherboard video output - the system may output the desktop there - install Nvidia drivers, reboot and connect back to the GPU video output.
Has no require extra power. That I saw before i buy it .
I saw some articles on the internet that the windows boot in fall back… its possible , also that some versions of Windows 10 are not compatible with Nvidia drivers . I have Win 10 vers 1809 . A lenovo motherboard , 8 Gb Ram , all should work .
Also I cannot install the Nvidia drivers cause said win 10 must find them . I try install the Nvidia pack and said : the Nvidia its not compatible with your operating sistem. So Win 10 make problems but i have no ideea how can solve. I spent a lot of money on my new video card , GTX 1650 and on 2 or3 video cable , and hope I already play Warcraft , not that i remain stuck in this problem .
For for the Nvidia driver issue, can you check Settings -> System -> About and tell what “System type” says?
If it says “32-bit operating system, x64-based processor” means you have a 32-bit OS installed. Nvidia stopped supporting 32-bit OS while ago. You would have to do a full clean installation of Windows 10 using a 64-bit installation media. Make sure to backup any important files and settings to a safe location (eg. external USB media).
You can download the new installation media from Microsoft and it should activate automatically without issues after installation.
If the computer does not boot at all when you have the new GPU installed then the problem is most likely too small PSU (power supply unit). Many prebuilt computers have PSU which is barely enough for their original components, especially when talking about computers without dedicated GPU like yours.
Heya Sookar,
There are updates available to the 1809 build for windows. Checking for windows updates should be fine for getting these.
Most versions of the 1650 do not need a power connection but certain versions will be boosted and may need that additional power connector.
Lastly, your processor is below the minimum requirements of the game. There is a chance that you may be able to launch the game but it is not guaranteed to perform well. You can see the minimum requirements here.
If you continue to experience issues, this should be something that your local technical troubleshooter should look into.
Hello Grelier .
Thanks for advise but the sistem its ok. it said 64 bit OS and x64 based processor. So its fine for me. Other wise the bios told me the sistem is ok with PCE using , so that way i have that pc slot PCI express.
I wish can find and install maybe an older version of Nvidia driver such to be enought for my video card to play , to start.
Hello ,
Thanks Mosinathus for advise .
This version of my video card no need power suply extra . Also my BIOS sensors told that its ok for using that PCI express .
U are right about my processor . It I5 2400 CPU @ 3.1 Ghz .
I see in minimum required that the Blizzard rise up the minimum at I5 - 3450 . Hope that not be the major problem here . Cause I just buy this Lenovo 1 years and a half ago , and with my expensive with video card , also the cables and 2 new extra HDD protable with 1 T , I just spend too much from my buget .
I just believe it must be a solve for my problem . Maybe i dont use well win 10 update to find a usable driver for my new video card.
Also with actual intergrate proccesor and my video card included and 8 Gb Ram the wow working., My processor it at 45 % and my memory somtimes rise from 60 % . So the game working but i beleieved I needed a new video card for better details and for raids .
If you are downloading the drivers from Nvidia’s site at https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us and selecting the correct options you are getting the correct the drivers. If you get error installing the drivers the problem is somewhere else. What is the exact error message you get when you try to install the drivers downloaded from Nvidia’s site I linked?
And like the blue poster said above you should have update to a newer Windows version available as your current version is no longer supported by Microsoft. If the Windows update is not offering update you can use Microsoft’s Windows Update assistant to update it.
