i have done NW many times in the past expansion and i have never thought about the third boss as something insanely hard to heal?
seems very overtuned right now?

If you played healer last time in SL things have changed.
i play healer every expansion
It’s not over tuned … You have spears and them blue orbs to use if you save them. Most people are just bad at the mechanic you know, chaining him down, it’s just a learning curve and a little bit of people not using follower dungeons to practise
Big red arrow > go stand Infront the the boss. In my opinion not to hard. Just stand in the green goo to be really sure, it doesn’t do to much damage the healer can deal with it (I’m a healer) I’d rather use did that then miss
Boss is overtuned. Adds have more hp and do significantly more damage relative to key level.

no one says the hook mechanic is hard lol.
its the 1.3 mill hps for the entire fight part thats hard.
Hmm when I did it on a 7 didn’t feel that hard
