4 new Allied Race IDs datamined

I’m so hyped about this. Which Allied Races do you think they are?

I think we’ll unlock two ARs in prepatch (probably BFA-related, like Nightborne/Void Elves in BFA prepatch), and two more during SL (I think Night Fae and Venthyr).

Thoughts?

In other post, they also named the new IDs but i dont know any have any potencial to be allied race:

  1. Skeleton
  2. Vyrkull
  3. Tuskar
  4. Forest Troll

Can be ofc placeholder values.

wtf is tuskar, I hope alliance gets that poop!! ffs give us Yangul/Tanuka instead of that batshift.

Wow. The Tuskarr are indubitably the most powerful race of all of Northrend.

There’s no race more powerful and intimidating as they are. Have you seen their teeth?

Also I need that passive fishing skill their racial will inevitably give me. Don’t give them to alliance, I want it, I need it!

one of them is Mogu no question about it, what side no idea yet, horde probably.

  1. mogu horde. they kind of are allied whit the zandalari.
  2. etherals alliance, heck they already connected to Alleria to some extent
  3. Vrykul, no idea side, hopefully horde, alliance have to many human like classes.
  4. Tuskar, but they are already horde so no idea.

would love to say high elfs, but that is never gona happen.

The Shadowlands ones are probably the vampires and the angels.

The ones coming first, have no clue what they could be. Hope it’s not something stupid like the Nazjatar races.

One of them must be Satyr for Alliance via Tyrande.

Mogu is one, bald guy Danuser teased it on twitter before. Dunno about the faction but as far as I know Mogu enslaved Zandalari Trolls in Zuldazar in order to use them as azerite miners, might be Alliance because of that if WoW really reflects the lore (?)

Dunno about the rest, perhaps Turtles hahaha.

Yeah some of these must be place holders. You cannot have a race called Skeleton. Plus three out of those four would only fit in the Horde IMO. Skeleton, Forest Trolls and Tuskar are all more Horde aligned.

Plus Vrykul are too similar to Kul Tiran’s again IMO. They wouldn’t give us just copies of the same of what we had before would they?..…….Nah!!!

we got enough elves so hopefully no elves. Ogres for the horde would be cool and maybe saberon?

For the alliance tuskarr and maybe vrykul would be cool?

That would be my hope.

But seeing the nazjatar races would be more likely. Fish people for the alliance and water goblins for the horde and the other 2 probably being actual shadowlands races

I hope the Horde get Venthyr they can take the place of the San’Layn that people keep going on about that way we get a vampiric race that isn’t an elf.

Kyrian would be awesome for the Alliance, I’d be down for making one of those plus a Venthyr

Honestly not all covenants look like they would make good playable races. only 2 imo
