For anyone wondering if it’s worth to build full crit+ 4 set, for pvp, as arcane, so you get more procs from the set. It is not.
I had a lot of conquest left over and bought it all. It feels unplayable with 10% haste in pvp. Your globals take twice as long to come of gcd.
Totally agree, right now its worth to have 4 set only for PVE, for pvp absolute waste of stats
In patch 10.1 it actually finally is worth to have it for pvp so keep eq with you 
will pay off soon
What will change? I just heard about the Crit dmg reduction.
