Title says it all, i’ve heard and tried talking to a lot of warlocks, and there doesn’t seem to be a change in the dmg, and 40% should be fairly visible. (primarily complaining about it not working in PvP, not sure about PvE specifically)
Demonbolt was applied as it hits harder. Armor is not applied for sure.
Seems only the pve buffs made it through while the pvp ones were lost in limbo.
Honestly what can you expect from the devs when they havent even fixed the grey pvp tab bug yet ( been 3 days).

I have about 10k more armor (from 30k to 40k), while as regards the Demon Bolt I don’t see any differences in the numbers compared to before.
Despite all the debuffs on the player and a good number of demons, Demon Bolt critical damage + trinket struggles to surpass 600k in Diabolist).
I read on the warlocks discord that some manage to hit a player with Demon Bolt critical for 1.1 million, I don’t know if in us or eu server
I hit for 800-850 k with Soul Harvester.
Will post here too just as proof.
Was taken yesterday around midday, so the buffs definitely went through - at least in some capacity.
Keep in mind that those top end hits/crits came via Power Siphon, which Soul Harvester offers an additional modifier to.
Nokhudon Proving Grounds against (from what I could tell) a fully PvP geared MM Hunter.
