How is this a paid service at this point? I sit here for the entire afternoon to get 3 games done, 1 que ofc popped when I went afk for 30secs. This isnt an entertainment. Change my mind.

And I tought my 20-30min queues at ~2600 mmr are long 
45+ min queue is insane. What MMR is it?

Not an issue blizzard can solve. They can’t make people inside your bracket queue up and they can’t just give people the MMR for your bracket easier, because then you’ll climb even higher. This is entirely a player issue. Talking about it being a ‘paid service’ as if Blizzard can fix it is pretty ignorant of what the issue is.
The funny thing is that those queues are across the board.
Yes it may be bigger queues in higher ratings, but i played Saturday and Sunday in way lower MM (i just started) and i never waited less than 20 mins…
Of course it’s an issue that Blizzard can solve. The system is just designed badly. I can think of a million fun ways to make something better. But PVP is just a mini game to them that they don’t want to invest resources in.
We should absolutely demand something better from a service we pay money for.

It’s the consequence of poor balance, a lack of good sportsmanship and excessive pre-mades.
PvP only thrives when fresh blood can readily invest which…simply isn’t the case these days.

When u get globaled with full pvp gear = ur enemy especially as someone new, you wont stick around, because there is nothing to learn there nor to enjoy, almost 40% vers and defensive stance + 5% dr pasive from colossus talent tre and get one shot in retribution paladin pve rotation opening.
Or hunter opening from stealth same result

Have you even considered it has been just an unrewarding experience to play PVP in WOW? It’s not fun, it’s not balanced, it’s not fair, it’s not supported. Players issue?

Explain how they can make it better without adding bots to fill empty slots, because then it isn’t PvP.
It’s Player v Player, for that to work it has to be Players in the game. If players don’t queue, Blizzard can’t fix it. The only ‘real’ solution is to make all instanced PvP have no faction barrier.

You saying all this but giving no evidence. You have your opinion on pvp, and thats fine. if you dont like it, don’t do it. I enjoy PvP. The queue timers are not Blizzards fault. Balance and rewards? Sure, that can be on blizzard and if they fix that, if they can, maybe queues get better, but the core point im making is, blizzard cannot make people queue up, andif they dont queue up, there can’t be games. Not a blizzard issue.
I had a 1h queue on Monday for dps, 8 mins on average as healers. While queueing for dps, I had 5 queue pops, but they all got cancelled due to the red x of doom…
The only one who can solve this game’s issues is blizzard. Not sure what you are on.
I tried exactly 3 random battle grounds since the season started. Yeah, queue times were way too long. In one of the 3 BGs, we faced a full premade team from a russian realm and we got graveyard camped. I waited 25 minutes to then spend 10 minutes getting camped. Eventually I quit because we couldn’t do anything.
Maybe I’ll try again as a healer but this was not a pleasant new PvP player experience. Not sure what blizz can do to attract more people to casual PvP.
ppl not playing this game is blizz devs issue … they did not lisen they dont care it is just milking € at this point and thats why ppl wait so long … ppl playing diff games that are free to play and not paying every year for expansions that at this point is just time keeping progress of gameplay
Maybe PvP is time gated like PvE …

Being just 1800 CR / 2000 MMR noob currently I can confirm the queue times for the same bracket are taking at least 100% extra time on the average than last season. Either the participation dropped under the influence of heavy cheating and queue manipulation or something else is going on. The queue for dps for this bracket used to be 7-8 minutes last season, now it is more like 13-15 minutes.
Wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of people quit early when they go on a frustrating losing streak they perceive to be out of their control.
