Are not clicking are you, if you do I really suggest you have a look on youtube videos on that before you are looking at stats or if you have a friend that can help you out.
Because you build requires that you are constant fast with using your abilities on gcd and you really need to bind your abilities as a Demon hunter.
Dh is the most fast-paced class I ever played
