Currently, I am building a new PC for daily uses. For now, I am looking for a 4K 27" monitor.
When I checked the market, I couldn’t find any decent glossy monitors similar to the iMac screen.
I wonder if PC companies make glossy monitors for consumers.
Any idea? Thank you.
From a brief skim online, LG 27UD88-W, BenQ PD2700U, Monoprice 27" 4K UHD, Asus ROG Swift PG27UQ, ViewSonic XG2700-4K and Acer Predator X27 (this one is 144hz as well) all mostly match your criteria; whether the gloss is what you’re looking for is up to you. 
Shiny surfaces on monitors tend to reflect intrusive light in situations where many find it irritating… that’s why many monitors will have shininess of the actual panel minimised to some extent or other.
