5 Arena wins 0 Rating change?

So, me and my 2v2 partner have just won 5 arena games in a row and received 0 rating change, i understand the MMR is a little wacked in pre-patch, but wee were atleast getting a couple of points for a win.

Just for clarification i’d happily wait longer for someone with our MMR to come along and duel against, just wondering whats the norm here? Is it just becuase its pre-patch, if so how does the match making work in pre-patch compared to in season, hopefully this isnt the same leading into shadowlands?

To make matters worse, just played a match vs simular MMR and still not received any rating?

You do not receive any rating if the difference between MMR and current rating is too big.

If you, or your team member, didn’t complete your placement game before prepatch then you are stuck in those forever, which caps your MMR. Consequently, it caps your rating.

Ah, so becuase my mate didnt play till pre-patch we are soft capped till shadowlands?

Basically, yes.

I’m not sure what example you want.
In WoW every season your first 10 games are placement games. If these haven’t been completed before the end of the season, well, since they are seasonal, you are stuck there until another season starts.

Exactly what shade said u cannot get cr is a known bug i would say.
