Can we just get Chromie Time already? You botched level sync so we can’t use that to avoid Shadowlands since all the low level quests still give reduced exp. I don’t wanna have to wait until Dragonflight to get these alts to 60, I have time now. I don’t know if I will in the future. Why are you insisting on locking us into Shadowlands?

I actually found lvl 50-60 not the worst… But I’d really like to do all dungeons, not just the same 4… Gets really really really boring doing these 4 and then doing them again in M+!
I like Threads of Fate as an alternative, but each to their own.

On my alts i do Bastion unly 54/55 then LFD spamm with fate until 60
It’s a great idea. Shame it was implemented so poorly.
Firstly it’s slow.
Secondly there aren’t enough side quests and bonus objectives to reach max level.
Thirdly you can’t do the covenant campaign quests to level.
I started doing Threads on my DK alt and gave up at around 54 having done two of those fill the bar quests (and the Maw intro). I went and leveled up using pet battles. slower still but I did a couple of battles a day which only took 10 minutes and leveled up over a couple of months.

They changed it 
Bonus objectives now finish as fast as a WQ. I am not sure about the amount of XP though. But the bonus objectives give quite a significant amount.

Was it designed for those who just spam dungeons maybe?
Even so, you’d probably need to do every side quest and bonus objective to go 50 to 60. Which is almost as bad as repeating the entire campaign, in repetitive terms.
I would have liked doing all the side quests and bonus objectives in one zone to be enough to go 50 to 60. This would have give 4 different leveling experiences. Better still having the covenant campaigns as leveling content would have been great.

No can do, that means u only play 1/4th of the content…
its much better with flying but i rather spam dungeon than leveling with world quests and side quests from shadowlands 
Oh I don’t know tbh, just hit 60 on this character and it went so quickly I almost felt cheated, even the mini events in each region are finished so quickly now. Think it took me a total of 2hs played to go from 50 to 60.
I also feel 50-60 is a bit slow even on fates and even after improvements, but it is intended to be that way e.g 51-60 takes almost the same amount of time as 1-50 (casual playing).

The point of Threads is to not be repeating the same campaign on alts. The way it works now is ok if you have only one alt. Most people who play alts play more than one of them. So you have a choice of repeating the entire story or repeating the same side quests and bonus objectives.
My main skipped all the bonus objectives and side quests when leveling (assuming they’d be used to level my alts). I leveled my alts to 58 in pet battles and then did the last tow levels on side quests and bonus objectives. My DK did this Maldraxxas, my pally in Bastion, my druid in Ardenweald (where my main did the other stuff). My warlock will do Revendreth at some point.
Of course you could do all the rest of the content at max if you wanted to see it for those who don’t play alts.
Apart from Bonus Objectives disappearing at max the side quests stay there so you can always see them if you want to.
Why do Bonus Objectives disappear now? They could have left them there, they give renown and a piece of gear.
It’s less the time and more the content that’s the issue for me. I’d rather be doing quests in the old world than threads of fate in Shadowlands. I just don’t like anything Threads of Fate has on offer and the lack of proper heirlooms since the Shadowlands nerf stings.

im levelling all the classes to 60 so im bored like hell to level in SL.
With my last one - a belf pally im using misummer event to level (4000 xp faction, 8000 extinguishing fires each and with the 6 dailyes with 8000 xp each) and togheter with some archeo site (2000 xp for dig with no rest) isnt so bad.
Probably ill be forced to do the last 3 levels via ToF but is better than 10.
But i agree: put 50-60 in Chromie time! I never finished pandaria storyline… my cropfield is there… abandoned…
