Discoverer’s Delight is a 50% Experience Buff active for characters up to level 25, with the buff being removed once a character reaches level 25.
They have no respect for “the journey”, they need to stop pandering to retail players who only care about max lvl/endgame

I’ve done the journey 3 times in s1. I have 4 alts for professions. I’m happy I can easily get them caught up now.
I have a friend who wanted to play a few weeks ago but didn’t see the point as he’d only just get to 25 by P2. He’s now rolled a char and going to use the XP boost to catch up to me. Another new player.
I can’t see any negatives

if, in 10 weeks, your journey isnt at an end, ure wasting yr money at this point. its more or less to catch alt up easier.
I think it’s more for alts and should be brought in up to 40 when you already have a level 40.
It’s like your journey to work, you do it every day and want it to be faster. If they didn’t have respect for it they would have altered the levelling speed from the start of the season.
You can disable the buff by talking to any innkeeper.
I don’t think it should be enabled for alts to 40 this phase. It’s enabled for 1-25 because phase 1 content is not relevant anymore.
You will have exp buff to 40 in next phase. And if it again releases in Thursday you’ll even have 2 days at the end of phase 2 to use the buff to 40.

Characters should take time, it should be “hard”, thats how people percieve value.
I mean at least its easier for friends to catch up, but also another hit to the coherence of the ingame world.
But whatever, at least they banned gdkp.

Level cap is now 25, tomorrow 40.
Blizzard added the catch up buff for the alt leveling, and of course there will be guys who start complaining about it. Haha 
SoD is not ment be like the era servers, keep that in your mind.
If you want to level up your characters without any exp buffs, then stop playing SoD and go back to classic era servers.

Idk man… boosting alts in that level range is gonna much cheaper with this buff
Or it’s because people just want to see the new stuff.
It’s a journey that w’ve already done multiple times for 20 years, so screw it.
and why don’t moan about them adding abilities from retail ?
tldr : go play on era if you don’t like it.
If its for alts, why you dont need a lvl 25.
Its not for alts, its so everyone can get to endgame faster, just like retail changes.

alright so, I personally have been doing the “journey” for the first time in SoD and I started this late because, I didn’t want to do it alone, so last sunday me and my friends started the “journey”, and yesterday I hit lvl 20.
And I can honestly say, quests are fun to do if you are with other people, problem here is that although it’s faster and in my opinion funnier, you get sooooo much less xp, you get the same xp from one mob divided among all the parties players, this works fine in dungeons cause there they are designed with this is mind. But holy smokes, we were falling behind other solo players cause we simply got less xp for playing together, this buff eased that issue, at least a little.
So personally I enjoy it, but to each their own of course

The main purpose of seasonal realms is to play the current content because the servers are of limited duration. Season of Mastery also had experience buff of sorts.
In permanent servers like Era and Hardcore we don’t really need any experience buff because the servers are of infinite duration, the content doesn’t change so slower leveling is not a problem at all.
Add the lvl 25 character boost for 25 euro already!
