Hi i’m trying to renew my subscription on wow but i always recieve a 500 internal server error

Usually the 500 Error that pops up is caused by a browser cache issue so I would first clear the cache, temporary internet files and cookies of your web browser to see if that helps.
Also, if you are running any ad blockers or security extensions to your browser, disable them temporarily while filling out a subscription as they may be interfering.
If none of that works though, do let us know.
hi! i have the same error 500 problem, tried it on my phone, different browsers, clear cache… nothing happens i get the same error and cant subscribe…
I suggest you guys add some lines of text to the troubleshoot / fix of this error.
As i mentioned i tried everything i read about it from you, clear cache, new browser, even phone. None of them worked, however i tried to subscribe like 50 times and it finally just worked:D

What about actually fixing these problems in your system, which are now even more than one year old, instead of asking your customers to do all kinds of workarounds for things your programmers messed up?
For an internal server error to be caused by the browser cache, something really has to be messed up big way! And I know what I’m talking about here! Either you don’t by making such a statement and it’s just empty talk or your company should immediately fire the developers who are responsible for this disaster!
