Gift of N'zoth re-appeared on my head. How to remove it?

Hi, i’ve completed the quest chain about gift of n’zoth the moment it was released and i chose to purify it because i hate to the bottom of my soul to have it stuck on my head. Everything was all fine, it got removed once i completed the purification quest until today when i logged and found that it reappeared on my head. It pisses me off because i hate how it looks on my character. How to remove it?

P.S. I completed the quests when my character was horde, but a friend gifted me faction change and now im alliance. Does it has to do anything with that?

P.S.2 Yes, i went to the naga invasion WQs as an alliance to check if the item will drop again so i can once again finish the quest chain and after quite some kills the quest item that starts the chain didn’t dropped.

Clearly you’ve been fooled. A simple priest can’t remove the gift of N’Zoth. Embrace it, don’t try to fight it. N’Zoth has big plans for you, champion.

There has been an issue with the Eye of N’Zoth re-appearing after a faction change. This has been fixed now, but if you still have it, please contact a game master to fix it!
