if i buy after 1 week 4 months game time

i will get the new transmog for free?

I think 6 months gametime doesnt work, it has to be subscription with auto renew.

No, its for the 6 month recurring subscription, not 6 months worth of game time allocated to the account.

Nop , 100 % no , You have to buy the offer .
A lot of ppl made similar mistakes with other 6 month offers like buying 1 by 1 or 3 by 3 , it doesn’t work .
