6 month sub gift bugged?

Hi I have the gift for the 6 month sub available to be claimed in my B-net launcher, however there is no option to claim it in my region (EU) which is the only region I have any current sub. it is only giving me the option to redeem in in US, TW, and KR and I have no subs in those regions

Can not redeem promo items for the EU region in the BNet Launcher gift tab

This is under investigation. Please also check your collections ingame, some may have it in a wrapped gift as reported even when they’ve not claimed it in that region.

I opened my Battle.net and have exactly the same problem.
