hello internet, so about one hour ago i put 6 wow tokens in my account balance to buy the 6 months sub and mount but it keeps sending me to card payment…any ideea on how can i get what i want whit account balance?
The Squeakers mount is attached to the six-month subscription. You sadly cannot obtain this using balance. The Battle.net balance can only be used to obtain pre-paid game time and not a recurring subscription.
I am having simular issue where Can’t buy a subscription.

It gives a error 500 message
You can sell them on the AH.
Not once you have redeemed them.

Once Tokens have been purchased ingame for gold and claimed for Game Time or Balance it’s not possible to refund the purchase.
Your Balance is still available to use though, you can buy various things through the Ingame/Battle.net Shop, for example you can buy Squeakers as a standalone mount, or you can still buy the 6 months of game time (just without the promotion).
For future reference though Balance cannot be used for a Subscription, subscriptions require a Card Payment, PayPal or SEPA (Direct Debit) if available, because it’s a recurring payment plan.
@ Kookingcat - for Error 500, can you try the purchase on another Device with another Card? Usually this problem is caused by the browser cache or security software on your PC blocking the payment website, or could be a problem with the card. Should you want more information about the payments you’d be best to reach out to Customer Support.
