Can’t believe after all the fiasco with people making fun of blizz and whatever still going on, for the first time in the history of subscription promos, the promo gift of 6 months sub is a useless pet instead of a mount. After all the cool mounts you’ve spoiled us with, like the emerald dream dragon or that “top tier apex beast” (i mean it, i love it, you guys made a masterpiece there) called steamscale incinerator, now we get a pet… Really??? Not even that beautiful xmog set you added to the store.

Some would think that we finally get a unique pet instead of a useless mount. Blizz could couple any item with the 6 month sub and people will still buy it.

Lets be honest, if you know you will play the game, even casually, it is worth it to buy the 6 mo sub. I can’t think of any game that provides the same price/gametime ratio, tbh, except maybe retail price only mmos. Even if you play 4 hours/week, just raid night and thats it, or just 4 mythic+ keys and thats it, that is over 100 hours in those 6 months.
Resident Evil 3 Remake was 5-6 hours of gametime for the same price.
Any Single Player commercial big franchise title is mostly 15-20 hours for 60 euros.
A movie at the cinema is 10 euro for 2 hours.
Either way you cut it, WoW is still CHEAP entertainment for the money, compared to other media.
